3. Pricing and Payments

3.2. Payments must be made via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
3.3. In case of late payment, the Company reserves the right to charge interest for delay.

4. Liability and Claims

4.3. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from improper storage, use, or application of its products.

5. Insurance Brokerage

5.1. The Company offers agricultural insurance products through partnerships with licensed insurance providers.
5.2. The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for insurance coverage.

6. Personal Data Protection

6.1. The Company processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.
6.2. Personal data is used solely for contractual purposes and is not shared with third parties without legal basis.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. Any matters not covered in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
7.2. Disputes shall be resolved amicably, and if no agreement is reached – by the competent Bulgarian court.
7.3. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be published on the official website or made available upon request.
